Chillifest 2024 on WICS

I had the pleasure of attending Chillifest and had an amazing time. The weather was perfect and the square was buzzing with food, entertainment and lots of people. The variety of vendors around the square was wonderful, I enjoyed looking at so many interesting things. I bought some donuts from the THS CEO students, they were so delicious. The shopping around the square in the brick and mortar shops was also great, many sales and I bought a couple of tops at Little Luxuries as well as a jumper from Uprooted.

Chillifest 2024 was a grand success! Thank you to everyone who joined us for this incredible event. Thank you to our generous sponsors, dedicated committee, hard working volunteers, committed chilli cook competitors, talented vendors, local shop and eaterie owners and YOU all of you who came out to CHILLIFEST with us! Your support not only makes Chillifest possible, but also makes it amazing!

Save the date for the 40th Annual Chillifest on October 4th & 5th, 2025! This milestone marks our Ruby Anniversary, a fitting celebration of the strength, life, and thriving spirit that the Greater Taylorville Chamber of Commerce embodies.

Join us for a weekend filled with chili cook-offs, live music, pageantrys, family-friendly activities, delicious food, and unique shopping experiences offered by the multitude of artisans, vendors, and of course our local shops and eateries.
